Stage 2: Sampling & Approval

The sample makes the design tangible. Our standard sampling time is 3–7 days. For typical products, the sample fee is around 300 RMB (approximately 45 USD). For more complex designs that require new molds or special setups, the cost may rise to 1,000–2,000 RMB (approximately 140–280 USD), but most projects do not exceed this range.

Sample fee deduction: If your bulk order quantity reaches 5,000 pieces or more, we will deduct the sample fee from your bulk order total.

Stage 4: Mass Production

Precision replication begins. We use the approved sample’s cutting die to create production molds, ensuring each piece is cut identically.

On precision and capacity: As sewn products, minor variances exist. A tolerance within 1 cm is standard in the sewn products industry. This is normal and does not affect overall function or appearance. All cutting, stitching, and assembly procedures follow unified process standards to ensure batch consistency, color uniformity, and stitch density across the entire bulk order. Stage 5: Final Quality Control (QC)

• In-line check: Workers discard poorly cut pieces during sewing and assembly.
• Pre-packaging check: During final preparation—such as turning bags right-side-out—packagers remove items with visible flaws, clip loose threads, and wipe off any dust. Defective pieces are separated here before packing.
